Phone Number Report: this number 1800 817 3140 according from the records it came from first franklin but according from the phone it is collectiion agency which is it?it turns out that it might be something else,first of all they call at night and it is obvious that whoever is calling couldnt tell the difference between working hours and nap time.

Phone Number Report: This number calls our house at least 5 to 10 times a day. It has been going on for about 3 weeks.

Phone Number Report: It's the Debt Collection Dept. at First Franklin Mortgage. I think they (like a lot of companies) cross-reference the various calling/address lists they acquire - which means one person's former address or phone number may get linked to someone else who now has that address or phone number (e.g., your new apt. address may be the old address of someone who has defaulted on a loan). We DO NOT have any business with them. They seem to have this address because it was once linked to one of their customers. They call several times a day. There's often no response when you answer. And the most frustrating thing is that it doesn't do much good to tell them they've got the wrong person. Although they say they'll take you off their call list, they seldom seem to do so.
