Phone Number Report: DCI... 877-277-5161 x1119 I tried to actually pay these people back in January and was told by the operator that my payment of $20 would "not be accepted" and when I asked why she said "we're not going to take a payment of just $20." It was ludicrous... WHY NOT? I said "What's wrong with $20?" (because that's all I had at the time) and she said "We're just not going to bother with a $20 payment, ma'am." They're ridiculous.

I checked my credit report and there is no late payment in my credit file at all. This is a "pretexting" fashion trying to get information.

They would not say what company they were from or what the purpose of their call was. They represented the call as an urgent personal matter and made my son think his aunt was in danger and needed his help. It was only after googling the number I found it was a debt collector.

This is the second time I have heard from this company (with different 800 numbers) and they are trying to tell me I have an outstanding debt of over $900 with Sprint and are trying to give me "one last chance" to pay it...funny because I don't have Sprint and no where in my credit history is there anything of this sort...
