Phone Number Report: I had several declines on my Visa. This was odd since I pay off my charge each month and I was no where near my limit. My bank informed me that they automatically cancelled my card due to a 24 cent charge by Adele Services. Thank goodness they caught this however this is quite an inconvience. I have my bills go right to my charge.Now I have to go and change so many accounts.

I used to work for Wachovia and see that is a common theme here- this is the same account that I had my paycheck deposited into. I use this card often for online purchases and have for many years without problems. Wonder if it has something to do with Wachovia... Will be calling my bank on Monday to get this card changed. What a joke - who are these people?!

When I Googled to find who they were, came across this site and learned it was a scam. I made a purchase last week on Amazon.com. That is the only charge I have made in about 2 weeks, and I noticed it is a common theme on here too. The back canceled my card and said they think it is a test charge so they can come back and charge more. Call your bank and cancel immediately!!

Phone Number Report: I was charged .25 today from Adele services on my Wells Fargo visa. They charged it on the 19th of Nov. I spotted it this morning when it showed up on my online banking account. I googled the name since the phone number didn't work and found this sight. Cancel your account. If you don't they will hit you with larger amounts if you don't do anything about it. This is what I was told by the fraud department at Wells Fargo.

It seems stupid to cancel over 23 cents, but, according to other people, these charges increase over time. I did use ProFlowers about a year and a half ago, so I can't be sure if they're related. Phone Number Report: No one called me either. I did buy flowers on-line and had them sent to someone in New York City. I contacted the flower company I purchased the flowers from online. That company was "Bloomstoday.com." I wanted to let them know about this just in case they are affiliated with someone in New York who might be involved. I also have a DVD service with Blockbuster. I too called my bank to cancel my debit card. They told me it's definitely what you should do if you’ve received this charge. They are also sending me a fraud claim form to sign to secure a refund. It's a shame this stuff happens.

Phone Number Report: Same deal as the all the rest of you, only I am in Salt Lake City. Of course the banks are closed, so I have blocked my card on the emergency VISA line. We dont use this card for anything, BUT our PayPal account, so I think the hacking is wide spread, and not just PetSmart or ProFlowers. I encourage everyone to contact the FBI Internet Crime site online that a previous poster listed, and file a complaint. Thanks to everyone for sharing their story, I was in a panic and found this site while googling ADELE SERVICES.

Phone Number Report: I didn't receive a call but I did have a debit on my bank statement for $.24 from Adele Services. I immediately called the bank and canceled my debit card and reported a fraud. The bank said that once Adele sees that they can get the .24 they will then charge you with a larger amount later. Pay attention to your bank activities and report anything suspicious!

Phone Number Report: same deal as everyone else. $0.24 charge, which I knew that I did not authorize such a small charge to my bank card. Listed Adele Services w/the same phone number as everyone else received. Phone number is out of service. Spoke w/the Fraud Dptmt at my bank, and the guy said he has helped 3 people before me on the same day I called. He said that if you did not cancel your card, that the next month this Vendor would charge $89.99, so you definitely need to cxl your card once you see th initial small charge. He also said that this company gets the card info from an affiliate of someone for whom an internet purchase was made, whether recently or not. Best bet is to use a credit card for all internet purchases, as you are afforded more recourse and ultimately more protection.

Credit Union said a lot of these places will see if they can get a small amount authorized, and when they do they come back for more. Even if they don't with all the complaints, these small charges add up to a nice sum I'm sure. I live in the Northeast, I'm curious if this is a regional thing or what.

Phone Number Report: I got one today as well for .23. Called Wachovia, card canceled and all that. But, I would really like to now where this came from. Proflowers does not work for me. I've never ordered from them. I just wish I knew timeframes. The only online place I have ordered from at all recently is Amazon. I did have a Amazon marketplace order yesterday, but it was too late. Apparently the transaction actually hit the bank on the 19th. It only just cleared today. Hopefully this can get shutdown very quickly. I have warned everyone I know to be on the lookout.

They gave me an 800# to call linked to the charge (Adele Services). I called the # and it is not in service. I called my bank back to dispute the charge and had my card blocked and another one reissued. Please let anyone you know to be aware of this scam that is taking place.
