We have even threatened to contact the FTC and nothing helps. I did some research and there is a Sales / Marketing website that looks like any company can register and pay to use their own toll free number which I think comes up 800 service on caller id's. If that is the case then we are never going to get these calss to stop.

They leave no message. Web search shows number belongs to MCI World Com (merged with Verizon) for Large Business. I have a residential number, not a business. My strategy for incessant annoying calls is to give them a few days to give up on me. Then I answer the phone and blow a hideously loud, long piercing whistle into the receiver. Generally, I never get another call. I've been on the No-Call List for years, but some folks need another form of being told!

She hangs up when you tell her you are going to report her. There is also a guy that gets on the phone when she doesn't know what to say anymore. The guy is rude and doesn't want to give out his last name. The call 3-5 times a day. It's scary what kind of information they have on you.
