Phone Number Report: This number called and the automated system mispronounced my name but was close enough for me to listen further and then put me on hold while they contacted a live representative. It was an Australian accented women's voice.
Found out the company was NCO financial systems debt collection company. I talked with Mellisa, she verified I was who I was and disclosed who they were and it was a collection for the hospital bill for my birth of my last daughter. She was very polite and professional and since we DO owe this debt, I was fine with the call. I actually have NO COMPLAINTS against this number at this time.
