Phone Number Report: The problem with these people is they need to be sued for several million dollars voilating the rights of privacy. I have already threaten them with a lawsuit if they call again. Who ever they are is most likely people in some sort of a fraud scam of sorts. I believe the best thing to do is change phone numbers and if it continues, hire an attorney and have him/her send a letter with the intention to sue. It is true they call for someone who does not live at my phone or address and all I need is their number as proof.

They have left 2 voice mails, the name they say is not me, and the voice mail is rude yet funny. "I don't understand WHY you won't return our call" - well maybe if you said WHO you are and WHAT it is regarding I would call!

Phone Number Report: Called twice in a row today. Left a recorded message saying, "this is an important business matter". If I answer, I stay on hold for 10 minutes or more before I hang up. They call probably 10-15 times a day. I have yet to speak with a live person.

Phone Number Report: They call twice to three times a day. Everytime I pick up it is a recorded message. I press 1 and I sit on hold for ever. Most of the time I hang up before anyone answers. One time I waited 15 min on hold. It really is a joke.

Phone Number Report: Ok, I called back and a guy answered the phone and was actually pretty cordial. He looked up my info via the phone number they have been calling and he said that it was an outstanding debt with Gold's gym. He said they are 1st Credit Services and handle the collections part once a bill has been sent to collections. Now I haven't had an account with Gold's gym in years, but they did screw up my account badly, and so I quit my membership. I figure if Gold's needs money from me they can call me. I told the guy I will call Gold's first and then I can call them back, and he didn't force it, he just said ok, and thank you. I will not call them back, but I'll see if it stops them from calling for awhile. I think Gold's Gym is about to get cussed out now.

Its an automated voicemail and finally they left a message and it was pretty nasty, but funny b/c it was automated asking why have I not had the courtesy to call them back yet? I tried calling back one time and it transferred me to a supposed respresentative, but i hung up before anybody could answer. Claiming it is regarding a business matter. It is the correct name, but I have no business matters, so its obviously bogus.

Several times I had gone through the steps during the calls to let them know that they were calling the wrong number, but it didn't do any good.

What's astonishing is they called my PRIVATE work number, that no one could get unless I give it! This would not be the first time a "debt collector" has tried to scam me, so I am wise to this trick.
