When I try to return the call from a land line, it will not go through; you get a recording then a disconnection. But, this number can be reached by cell phone; what's up with that???? I do not owe any thing or have ever owed any thing to this company, the only Progressive we have is insurance and they have been called! I would strongly urge every one to NOT GIVE THEM ANY IMPORTANT INFO.!!! Maybe we should be calling some one!!

Phone Number Report: Person calling was incredibly rude, called me at work. When I returned the call, the first question they asked me was my social security number. I refused to give that and they couldnt find me by name or phone number. To my knowledge, I have no past due debts. Just a warning, don't give your social security number out!!

Phone Number Report: I have had a cell phone issued to me by my place of employment. I have had it for close to two years and i constantly receive collection calls for a "Michael Barnes". This is not my name and I have told this to "Robert Lucas" who then wants my name which I refuse to give. I ask to talk with a supervisor and am told they are busy. I have told them that I do not know a Michael Barnes nor has one ever worked for my company. Still the continue to call.

Phone Number Report: Multiple times at varying dimes of day, a machine calls and leaves a message that some person, calling themselves either Robert Lucas or Kathleen Brooks, states that they work for Progressive Financial Services and announces that they are calling to collect a debt and to call them back at 800-566-3930 to discuss an important business matter. At no time did they identify who they were trying to reach. I have no debts that anyone would be attempting to collect and have no knowledge of Progressive Financial Services. This is definitely a bogus call at best, but is probably a scam call.

When you stay on the line to call back to get your number of their list, you are assumed to be the person for whom they are looking. Call back number (above) has no answer. We have had several of these phone calls all week.
