Phone Number Report: Supposedly AllState Insurance Co. was calling me as a 'valued customer' from whom they wanted answers to a 'survey'. I've never been a customer of this company and I hung up. I called the 800 no. back, and the recording gave me the same guff about being their customer. I picked the option '1' to 'remove my number from their calling list' (it required me to enter my phone number to remove it), otherwise, it told me, I could continue to receive these calls by just hanging up. The whole thing sounds fake to me, especially since they had a false premise to begin with.
