I explained to her that I spoke with another agent last month about this debit and that I want them to send me a bill in the mail to my current address so I can either pay it off or explore my options of a payment plan. I have NOT receivied an type of mail from MCM at this time. I ask ,Vicky, to please mail me a bill or some type of documents in the mail, for me to look over. Which ,Vicky, refused to comply with my request. She stated that the phone conversation was being recorded. I stated good that way whoever listens to it can hear for themselves you denied me a bill.

I said I couldn't give him that info & asked him to take my number off his list. he asked me if i would call adam & have him call 800-265-8825 X 52342 before midnight. I asked him what company he is with & he would only say mcm/i asked him if this was a collections agency & he only said he was calling on a personal matter, he would not tell me what kind of business. I asked him again to take my number off his list & he said he was doing it right then. i believe they should have to identify themselves, and not be able to ask personal questions once they are told the person doesnt reside there/to me that is a violation of HPPA

He said it was over the limit and he could take care of it for $400. We were forced to eventually talk to him because he called night and day and even on Sunday.

Phone Number Report: A person from this phone number called my father (who is very elderly and lives in a different city than me) and continues to call him for me when hes told them that I dont live at home anymore, moved out when I was in my teens (LOL) Im 50 now...I dont know these people, so I called them and asked them to tell me about the phone call to my father. They had no record of the phone calls, and I told them they just called less than 10 minutes ago...when I asked them who they were looking for, they couldnt spell my first name right, and had my last name completely wrong, AND wouldnt tell me what was owed if anything. I told them I didnt know who they were and if they didnt have the correct info then obviously they were in the wrong. I asked them to remove my father from their call center, he was very old and cant get to phone easily. They laughed and hung up. LAUGHED. So I told my father to let the answering machine get the calls..and if they called again to call his attny. (which is what I told them on the phone as well)

I have been trying to get a fax number for their office to submit information on a client and they keep denying me.

Phone Number Report: These people somehow got my phone number trying to collect a debt on my boyfriend. He got an auto loan on a car for his ex-wife because she had needed a car "for the children". This was like 8 - 10 years ago. Well, she stopped paying and the car was repoed. Now they are trying to get a hold of him on my phone. None of the people who called spoke enlish. All had very heavy accents and was almost impossible to understand. I could only understand half of what they were saying. I don't know why they keep calling me trying to get a hold of him, I do not owe them any money.
