I looked up this number online and received mix results, but most stated the number belonged to Citibank. Phone Number Report: Introduced themselves as Citi Bank. Called with a fast sale pitch that was hard to follow. Wanted me to sign up. I said no. Gave me a phone No. to call different from 1085 but talked too fast to take new number down.

Phone Number Report: If you have a credit card from them, then you have what is termed a "Business relationship" and that gets them around the Do Not Call Registry. A telemarketer no matter who they represent is not allowed to leave a message on an answering machine/voice mail. And use auto dialers, that why no one on the line if you do answer. So basically can ask them politely to not call you or let it go to answering machine. I have a telephone Loud & Clear by Uniden and it says name of caller but also has a mute button which comes in handy and the answering machine will still work, if only they could and would use it. Listen to the call next time and push correct number to ask for your phone number to be removed from caller list. That should work, if not speak to a manager or write letter of complaint to Citi Card. I did all three and said if you have to contact use the email I gave you and that has worked and I just hit delete. If I wanted more services I would call them. They get enough of my money as it is.

I suppose that because I have a Citibank credit card, they're "allowed" to offer me other services, even though I'm on the DO NOT CALL list. Bummer!!
