My phone was less than a month old, and it was only used to post to Facebook and send a text to three different people that I know personally. I objected and asked to be removed from the call list. He asked if I knew why he was calling. I hung up and he called back from "Private Name / Private Number" and attempted to chastise me for who else would sell me an extended warranty on my car. I just hung up again.

Phone Number Report: I called back the number ending in 5611 plus the other number given below for their company in Legal beagle's complaint. I called probably about 25 to 30 times or more. Sometimes I would only get a ringing phone that would never stop ringing. Sometimes I would get a person, I would try to get them to talk to me, and they'd end up hanging up on me. I asked one named Shawn to whom i spoke several times how he can sleep at night. He seemed so smug. I know he is just a human being and I shouldn't judge him so harshly, but I do not care how desperate I am for a job I think i would rather go hungry or work at McDonald's than at a company as rotten as this one. I also got several extension numbers when I went to their directory. I typed in extension 11 next time I called and got patched thru to Michael Shaftel's voicemail, or at least that's what it said it was. Several other extensions just rang and rang, I think it may have been extension 33 or 20 that went through to someone's voicemail named Christy or Kristy who said they were in Shaftel's office. Shawn hung up on me several times til I finally just got sick of it and the next time the smug bottomfeeder answered the phone I made the "most annoying sound in the world" from Dumb and Dumber and hung up the phone. I gave my phone number to Shawn several times in the hope that it may get removed, though I have asked them to remove the number several times before and it's never happened. They call several times a day, day in and day out. Every time I asked Shawn why I have asked several times and it's never happened and asked him how many times they have on record that I have asked them to remove my number, he simply hung up on me. One time I asked for a supervisor, and they punted me back and forth between maintenance and security. I got hold of someone that said they were "Tom in security" once. I am a Christian and try not to judge people, but like I said I don't know how people can work for companies like that that provide no valid service to anyone. I'm sure if they have valid customers that they bleed them for every dollar they have and screw them as much as they can. I wish I lived closer to their office, I would go directly there and demand to talk to someone who could explain to me why their rotten company can even exist.
