Phone Number Report: Has records of my cell phone plan, keeps trying to offer me a better phone. Called around 11PM each night - after hanging up, calls back two or three times until I have to threaten to sue her. Complains that "she can't hear me" when I ask for her name or phone number. Doesn't respond to the "I'm on the do not call list."
