Phone Number Report: 703-672-3413 is a pre-paid cell number . This number has been "call forwarded" to my phone unbeknowst to me until now. Found out through a mail solicitation I received. The solicitation had all the correct info. except for my real number, instead I found 703-672-3413 listed as my number. When I called 703-672-3413 it came to my phone.... how is this possible ? I contacted both my phone provider and the company that sold the pre-paid cell phone ( bandwith.com ). They acted as if this happened all the time, sent me to page on their site to file a complaint. Its been four days and that number still is connected to my phone. If I had not received the soliciation via mail, I would never have known this....
