Phone Number Report: Received auto dialer call from 703 359-6443. Northern Virginia Carpet Company. Reverse looked up this number. It is registered to Bryan Caplan 3461 Virginia Oaks Dr, Oakton, VA 22124 The Telephone Consumer Protection Act allows you as individuals to sue this guy for his violations of the law. It will cost you about 10 dollars to file the suit in small claims court and penalty is $500 paid to you. A judge can also triple the damages. Want to stop hearing from this guy, sue him. I am going to.
