Phone Number Report: The caller iD said 702-554-1452, and it was the typical "Second Notice" that my vehicle warranty is expiring. They offer an option to press 2 to not receive more calls but that does not work, so I pressed one. Talked with Jennifer Cotton, who really did not know much when I asked even the price. She wanted me to sign up for a 150,000 mile program on some time payment program. She transferred me to Karen (no last), who then told me a price of $3,000 (comparable to the dealer). She then tried to close, When I asked who underwrote the insurance, she said they were the agent. I asked again who underwrite it, were they an insurance company, to which she gave me two very quick names "Automotive,,," and "Royal Administration." When I asked her if they were insurance companies she hung up on me. SEEMS THIS COMPANY CANNOT ANSWER QUESTIONS, STRONGLY SUGGESTING SOMETHING IS AMISS!
