Phone Number Report: Got this call from this number and a caller ID of "Private Name" so I obviously did not answer. Listed to the voice mail and it was someone trying to locate a neighbor (male). Did some research and found several instances of this being a collection agency. I called toll free number back and the extension of the person who left message. She immediately asked if I was him, and I said "No, you called me at my home by my name and this has nothing to do with me...it's between you and him and however you got my number, you have no business calling me and do not call here again". Needless to say this woman was loud and wasn't listening to a word I was saying but I yelled it. I sure will be talking to my neighbor about this!!!

Phone Number Report: This company buys out CHASE credit card debt. In many states there is no protection in terms of what time of day they call to how many times they call each day....sad, but true. Illinois and Missouri are two of the several states who do not recognise the federal law that should protect people from these people who are calling 50 times a day or at 11 at night. They also can call even if your on the DNC registry list because they have a relationship with the person they are calling...seriously...isn't that crazy?

Until yesterday, Deb (from Client Services) claimed she found my resume online and wanted to qualify me for a job as an entry level collector with an agency in St. Charles, MO. No experience necessary and they were only "pre-qualifying people" today; and would follow up with me for an interview this week. A position I am not looking for, or do not have experience. I think it's a scam... or collection agency.
