Phone Number Report: A women called stating they (Cynergy) were sending me a $120.00 gas card and a discount at to cost to me as a thank you for using my credit card. I told her I was not interested and not to send me anything. A few hours later I get a second call from a man stating he was also with this company spouting the same crap. I also told him I did not feel comfortable with this and was not interested. I am concerned since they appeared to have my card information and was trying to rush me through some automated system to get authorization to push it through. I stop him and told him again I was not interested. I don't know how they got my information but I want them to stop calling me.

However, today the woman knew the last four digits of my debit card. Luckily I have closed that account weeks ago. However, I was very upset and angry and demanded information. She pretended she could not speak English and had difficulty even spelling "Synergy" which is the name of her organization. I am so upset, angry, and frustrated as I just changed my phone number and debit card and feel I should again. Make this stop!

I have not listened to their sales pitch, but my wife says they are using the same credit card number that was stolen. I have reported them to the FTC, the phone carrier (www.lucre.net), and to my credit card company's fraud department. When they called last time I told them all this and they hung up. Pretty sure the calls are from a call center in the Philippines.

Phone Number Report: If these calls are generated from Trident, there is a good possibility that you purchased a product from ITV Global. Like any of Trudeau's books. Natural Cures, etc. Trident told me they bought my information from ITV Global. ITV Global Inc. also sold my credit card information. I have a fraudulent hold on my account and had to report the card stolen. At least I caught all this in time. I called ITV and told them to cancel my order and it had already shipped, but when I get it I will just return it to sender and I advised them I will expect a full refund and I am filing an FTC complaint against them for selling my information. The person who took my order specifically said no information would be sold. Let alone, I can't believe these people are selling the CREDIT CARD INFO also!
