Phone Number Report: These people call all day long. I do not owe them any money and haven't bought anything from them in at least a year. Thank goodness for caller ID but if you don't answer it doesn't cost them anything. If you don't owe them any money then you have the right to tell them to stop calling you. At that point you can file a complaint with donotcall.gov (the FTC). Be sure to do that and THEN file a complaint at donotcall.gov - if they get enough FTC complaints that will make a difference because the fines are substantial and Macy's is cheap. Letting the phone just ring when they call will spare you conversation with these fools but unfortunately calling a phone that doesn't answer costs them nothing. Filing a complaint is important but follow the process so that your complaint will stand up to investigation and will cost them a fine. Imagine if the 9 people who complained on this web site in the past week all filed good complaints and it cost macy's $80,000 in fines - do you think that management will take notice? Probably yes - and that's just from one week and one web site - multiply that out by 52 weeks and the other call complaint web sites and we're talking heavy damage to this rogue telemarketing operation.
