Phone Number Report: I know what this number is. I have cincinnati bell wireless and 513-240-0190 is the number programmed into their phones for cincinnati bell wireless voicemail. I just called it from my cell to double check and it is the same number. I haven't heard of it calling people but you can send voicemails through the system at that # and it will show up, not the # you're calling from. I'd call cincinnati bell directly, they may be able to stop it.
