Phone Number Report: i was at my mother's house when this number called. she wasn't at home, so i asked if i could take a message and the person on the other end said "no, you cannot." this sent my suspicions flying, as i have never received that sort of response from telemarketers before. the voice sounded foreign, but i searched the number to find the call was made in texas.

Phone Number Report: CAUTION! There is a scammer calling that says they have received reports from "your" computer. It is working slowly. They offer to fix the problem for free under some pretense. They then gain remote access to your computer and once that happens they will hold your computer ransom and access all of your private and financial records. I had a call from this number offering the service.

Phone Number Report: Told me that they worked for windows and that when I ever I use the internet it sends them alert messages that my computer is being corrupted. Told me he was calling from California. Asked him to call back and speak to my husband, never heard from them again.

Phone Number Report: Caller called my mother and told her that someone was trying to install software on her pc, and that the program was currently stealing information from her computer. Tried to get her to call him back at 713-559-1797. She told him that she would call her computer expert - me ;-) - and he tried to convince her not to. She hung up and called me, where upon I did a google search on both the caller id number, as well as the number he tried to get her to call. I found this site off the caller id number.
