Phone Number Report: Receiving calls randomly at different times. Leaves no message. As this actual number has 11 digits with an another 0 in the middle, it is apparently from an outside US caller. Too bad this kind of evil must persist for whomever's and for what ever their purpose. The best response is NO response. When it cost them more money than what they can gain from this action, it will stop..... end of story.
