Phone Number Report: They're not conducting business. They're trying to scam you. That's why they don't leave a message. They don't want to give you a way of contacting them. BTW, the phone number is probably spoofed (fake). They will use this number for a little while and then use another one once too many people catch on to what they're doing. What they're doing is saying that you get a cruise if you answer some survey questions. The questions are short, dumb. Then they tell you that you get the cruise, but you need to pay the "port taxes", and then they will ask for your credit card info. Nobody gets the cruise, but everybody does get some unauthorized charges on their credit card, and they may also sell your credit card info to others too
