Phone Number Report: Recording wants tp lower my interest rate on credit cards according to voice of Rachel. It says press 3 to discontinue receiving these calls and I try and receive another call sameday and for days and says to come.. This time I pressed 1 and started to talk to this guy about being removed from there call list and he just hung up on me..

Phone Number Report: This number called me at 11:20 on March 28, 2012. It came up under the ID "Lower Interest" and began with a recording about lowering interest rates for my credit cards. WE HAVE NO CREDIT CARDS IN OUR HOME. I pressed one to be taken off their list (like that would ever really work) and was asked by a young lady if she could put me on hold. I said no. She said "Please"? I told her to take us off and stop the calling. Then I hung up. I expect they'll call again soon. :(

Phone Number Report: linked tyo a previous complaint but under a different numer. Have asked repeatedly for this lower interest rate co. to quit calling and they never remove us from there list. the other numbers I have for them are 913-284-0405,407-476-5501 & 503-902-8477. I am disabled and don't need to be running after a phone for nonsense phone calls especially when I've made all the precautions and it keeps happening

Phone Number Report: On the aller ID there was a series of numbers and letters -V02171141340134 - underneath the telephone number. I have never seen that before. The call came in on 2/17/2012 at 10:41am. It was Rachel from Card Services and they have been calling for years. Whe you try to do a trace of their company you get let around in a loop. This time I did get a real person when I pressed 1 and when they answered I had my police whistle ready. I could hear the person on the other en scream when I blew it so now I keep it beside my phone at all times.

I have had my numbers registered with DNC lists since they began. Also, I don't even owe creditors, so I have no need for "LOWER INTEREST" At the beginning these idiots would "call" me about 4 or 5 times every day!!!!!! AND IT'S ALWAYS AUTOMATED.
