Phone Number Report: This number calls me like, 3 times a day. They did it a lot during the first week of January, stopped, and now it's started again. Whenever I answer, the person (who varies) always asks, "Is this Silvio?" I always say, "NO! For the last time, YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER." Then, there is no response. They don't hang up--they just stop talking. Weird! And annoying!
