From what I have researched this is just another shady, dishonest, and sleazy debt collector who is trying anything to get us to answer. We have dealt with the debt in question so we will not talk to them! If you are getting the same calls, arm yourself with all the information you can regarding debt collection laws in your state. I did and it has helped to put some of these sleazy agencies in their place. I even had the owner of one company stuttering his words after a rather interesting conversation about debt collection laws.

In a extremely rude voice he said he has been calling and I owe money. He asked if he would take his number and to make sure I called him back. My son lisened to the number but did;t write it down. The male then asked if he had the number and my son said yes I will give her the message. He then asked my son to read the number back to him. My son said me missed the last few numbers and asked if he could repeat it. The male then started yelling at my son telling him he was ling and that he was very rude.My son then got a pen and wrote it down and yes he did ask him to read it back again. I was fuming!!!!

They told me we had 48 hours to call them back and gave me a file number that was supposed to be through my county court house and said that we would be taken to court if we didnt comply with them. I looked them up on the BBB and saw the many complaints this company has against them. The lady that talked to me was Amy at extension 4027. I called her back this afternoon to get some more information on this debt we were supposed to owe and she told me that she would not talk to me that my husband had to call her. I asked why she couldn't talk to me after talking to me last night and she was very rude and threatening. I hung up. We will be changing our phone number today.
