The message said this is a brief survey at the end of which I could receive 2 tickets. It ended with, if I wanted to opt out I should press #9, which I did. I picked up, pressed #9 and hung up immediately afterward.

My cell and home phone numbers are registered do not call yet I receive many calls on my home number and recently on my cell phone about once a week. I hope the government is not paying for or subsidising the do not call program because it sure is not working.
