Finally I got ticked and this morning firmly stated that he need to remove us from the call list and he had the nerve to state "it is a free gift why am I turning it down". I stated that nothing is ever free and that I was going to file a formal compalint with FCC and then he hung up. Hopefully that took care of it.

Phone Number Report: These people call several times a day 6 days a week between 8 am and 9pm. when you call the number they just answer "customer service" then transfer you. I have always hung up at that point. It is a scam organization to steal you personal information for any number of reasons. I recommend you file with your phone company they be on a do not call list then you have legal rights once its on the federal listing to your home number if they violate that law but you must be on the do not call list through your phone company/state to acomplish this.
