Phone Number Report: A person calls from this number and wants me to verify information about address saying she needs to confirm who she is speaking with. When I asked her to identify herself she says: "I first need to verify your information and then I can tell you who I am". I told her with all this identity theft going on I'm hesitate to just start giving out information to someone who won't identify themselves. She then says she will mark this down as sometype of refusal to speak or something.
