Phone Number Report: RMS Collection Agency located in Chase, Virginia trying to locate a person with the same first initial and last name as mine. i told them 3 weeks ago that they have the above circumstances and that they better contact the correct person. The calls keep coming AND are now suspected of making calls during graveyard hours (12:00AM-6:00AM). The phone rang twice last night (approximately at 2:00AM and then again at 4:30AM). No caller ID this time as the phone rang only ONCE each time. This appears to be too circumstantial to be an isolated incident. They have crossed the line NOW and should be prosecuted.

I traced the numbers to RMS Collection Agency. Today (Sunday) I get a ID call from 434-533-9029, Chase, VA, lady ask for me, when I identified myself she said, she is from RMS Collections, regarding past T-Mobile bill. I told her, I don't owe T-Mobile any money and if calls continue I will contact state AG to file complaint. Lady said collections will continue and hung up--she didn't give any more information about the past due T-Mobile account. I have never received a written correspondence from RMS Collections regarding a T-Mobile collections.

They seem to be hitting up on a lot of Walmart credit customers. Which I have but am not delinquent...however, these people will call and tell you that you are and demand payment by withdraw from your bank account. BE CAREFUL !!!!!
