Phone Number Report: Claims they have a warrant and for me to get an attorney. They have my bank account number and claim that I owe a payday loan in the amount of 500. When i ask the name of the company they simply do not answer and say that all I need to know is legal action has been filed and they are extremely nasty to me. I do not have a payday loan and told them i would send them proof that no money was transferred to the account number they have on file. They of course did not want to hear this. This is an attempt to scam you out of your money. They claim this was done in november however this account has been closed since last June so go figure??

Phone Number Report: Caller stated that he was calling from a State Inv. Dept. Told the secretary at my job that there was a warrant for my arrest and and I needed to have a blessed day. Also if I didn't want some bad legal issues in my life, I better call back as soon as possible.

Phone Number Report: person has my ss#, states that i did a check advance 3 months ago and i havent done one for 4 years, stated if i didnt return the call, good luck...received a second call from a different # 5 min later, basically saying the same thing, just told me i did a check advance from a different company..not true. called my attorney

Phone Number Report: They called me, very strong middle eastern accent, and left a voice mail that I needed to call them back or I would be in big trouble. They also called my place of employment and talked to my boss telling him there was a legal matter against my ss #. I think they are a bunch of chicken s*** terrorists.

Phone Number Report: The called to say they are from the State Inv Department and that they are prosecuting me for fraud regarding a payday loan and that I should give them my attorney's information. When I try to get information from them they don't have any. I spoke with my attorney who told me to tell them to send by fax or mail a copy of the documents which they say they can't because they are "SEALED". When I tell them to contact my attorney and try to give them the information they hang up on me. I believe this is fraud because even thought they somehow have the list 4 digit to my account information my bank account is good. And if it is an open account how could I have defaulted on a payday loan. If I owed the company money they would take it. they have called me from 3 different numbers. One was california, one was west palm beach but they left an ohio number to call them back.
