Since we had just bought a house and were on well water, set appointment even tho very busy between working, moving and cleaning old place, waited 1 hour past appt. time, no show, had to go, they said their guy came but no one home. They called back and I told them we already called our Culligan man but they keep calling, even on new phone# just got working today. They had the chance and failed.
