Phone Number Report: 3rd call, same jerk. wants to sell software, & wants to know who i have my software with! told her none of her business, & if she called again, i would sue her!!!

Phone Number Report: This number has been calling our home EVERY night between 6pm-9pm, at least 6 times a night, for over two weeks now. They claim to be some company that wants to lower our mortgage rate. We have asked them kindly to not call any more, letting them know we are on the do not call list. They pretend to not listen and keep talking. My husband has had some not so nice words with them by the time they called the third time in 6 minutes. But you guessed it, they called back again. They don't care what you have to say and will keep talking over you. When we let the call go to our answering machine, the message will be of people laughing in between static. Does anyone know how we can take action against them to stop?

Phone Number Report: I couldn't understand the caller any time that they called, but every now & then I could hear a few words at a time. They sounded like a telemarketer and they will not quit calling! The call cuts out almost 100%, like there is a really terrible connection.

Phone Number Report: A company claiming to be American Medical Supplies called me personally. I stopped them before they could go any further. And said I was on the do not call list. Didn't seem to bother them. This woman has an Indian woman has a soft speaking voice. I said at the first call that if she calls again I will report her. Told her to take me off her list. Two days later she called again. I asked her questions as to Who she is with and she said she is with American Medical Supplies. I then said I warned her the first time and now I will report her. She didn't seem at all concerned or worried about the fine. Just kept her steady soft and so called polite voice. The ironic thing is I don't need or use medical supplies. At this time in my life I have no health problems to warrent any health supplies. These calls are very annoying. I don't know how they get my number or think I need any of these supplies. If they are truly in this business or just a con scheme.

Phone Number Report: Call my phone 6-8 times a day. Repeatly told them to stop and remove my number. I called back and auto message says leave your number after the beep and we will remove. There is no beep. It is just a way to get active numbers. I would love to drive there and and go postal on them but don't have the time.
