Phone Number Report: Brandy called from Credit Card Services and wanted to know if credit card balance was $3000. I told her yes and she then asked me for my credit card expiry and number. When I asked her for a call back number to verify it was legit, she gave me 800-847-2911 and at that number they said this was a fake call and it is a good thing I didn't give them my information as it was a scam. BE SCARED, VERY SCARED if you see 402-982-0771

In Canada we have laws against any sort of telemarketing unless we have an existing business relationship. You have no credit problems but you have a special offer from "your credit card company" to accept press 1. So I did and asked the suddenly badly connected live person that I was transferred to, which credit card company they said visa/mastercard....SCAM for sure. They would probably ask for my number next but I did't want to waste any more time. I get more calls from these and fake pharmacy companies. I am sick of it. They are usually sounding like they are in another country like India,Pakistan or Latin America or Phillipines the phone lines are distant. The recording that precedes is in American USA English voice but the helpers are not. They usually mispronounce my name.

Phone Number Report: These people will NOT stop calling. They call several times a day. I have asked them to NOT call again, they hang up on you, then call again. Even though I TELL them I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST. This has been going on for months and I have a number that is on the do not call list. They also call and leave messages on both cell and home phones. THEY HANG UP ON YOU WHEN YOU TELL THEM NOT TO CALL AGAIN. The they continue to call at all times of day and late night.

Phone Number Report: It was a recording for card services that there was no problem but this is a call regarding getting interest rate lowered. When I have gone through and gotten in touch with a representative I asked how did they get my number and what credit card they were calling in regards to. They can never answer that question and I have even had one representative get rude with me and tell me it was a computer that chose to call me.
