Phone Number Owner: "Service Message"
Phone Number Report: Robocall from some "service" regarding my credit card without saying which company it is, promising to lower my interest rates. I was given the option of pressing "1" to speak to a live operator and pressing "2" to decline any other communications. Of course, I pressed "2". It just stinks of scam to me.
