Phone Number Report: I have received calls to both my home phone number and my cell phone number. In this case, Shelby from the Account Services Company (as well as every other telemarketer who has called from this "company") hung up on me when I tried to get their information. Shelby called from (supposedly) 506.226.4567. This time I indicated that I was on the do not call list and that fact caused Shelby from the Account Services Company to hang up on me. With other solicitors with this same story line, simply asking for their information has caused them to hang up. It's the same scam others have described about lowering my (supposedly too high) interest rates. I have pressed "2" as instructed, asked the solicitors to be taken off their list, and put my phone number on THE "do not call" list, but nothing yet stops them from calling both my house and cell phone numbers!

Phone Number Report: Caller I.D. said, "Deleon SPG, FL." No other name. Called 11/18/2008, 1:17 pm PST. Don't know anyone there, read other complaints--MANY! Others said, "Jewell Weber," and "American Debt Negotiators." I have not debt to negotiate. Others talked to actual people at the number, I got no answer when picked up. People that answered said, "Account Services" and said they got the phone numbers from "CREDIT FILES" or "credit card companies." Person that picked up the call identified themselves as being from "Account Services" and had schpeil about how they'd mailed me a credit application. After I asked to be removed they transfered me to hold music.
