Phone Number Report: They start out with automated "This is ___ from Cardholder services with a message about your current account- there are currently no problems with your account please hold to talk about how you can improve your bills" Very misleading as they make people worry in the beginning that there's something wrong with their actual accounts and everytime I wait and tell them that I want to be taken off their list and that it's illegal to call my cell phone when it's on the do not call list, they hang up WITHOUT removing me- so i get the calls again from other numbers, same message.
