Phone Number Report: Keep getting telephone calls even though I am on the Do Not Call list. Message is...This is Rachael from Card Member Services asking if I want to lower my interest rate. Once my call is transferred, a live person comes on. I tell them that I do not want any more calls from their company, they then hang up! Wish something could be done to shut these people down.
