Phone Number Report: Angel called, wanted to speak to owner, told her he's not in, wanted his cell #. told her can't give that out. left name & number, said it's BTI Equipment. very rude. 10 minutes later, Rocky called. same scenario. told him owner is not interested. Rocky wanted to know what he's not interested in. told him he's not interested in whatever he is selling. Rocky said he's not selling anything, wanted some work done, but now he'll go elsewhere. Said i made his decision easier. Extremely rude people.

Replied they wanted to talk to him about some equipment he was going to buy-told them we're not buying anything right now they said "Oh, yes he is!!" I just hung up; I only answered 'cause I thought it was somebody else in NC. Can you say....LOSER?!?!?!?

Phone Number Report: Calls asking for the owner by first name. They are extremely rude/pushy when you tell them the owner isn't in & refuse to give you any other info. Caller ID lists them as Speak Tele. Finally, they did say something about BIT equipment. BIT equipment calls were received last year during the late summer/fall with the same results. Owner actually talked to them one day this week & they inquired about our security system and wanting to schedule an appointment. When he told them that we had a system in place and were not interested, they were again pushy/rude. Since then they've called 3 or 4 times and we've told them again that we are not interested and not to call anymore. However, they just don't seem to listen to anything, particularly the DO NOT CALL part.

Phone Number Report: This company calls our company everyday, sometimes more than once. There is male and female that call and ask for the owner. When you tell them he is not in they ask for his personal cell#. When we explain we can't give that info out they are extremely rude. We have ask this company to stop calling and they will not. On our caller ID it shows up Speak Teleservice.
