Phone Number Report: Number came in as "out-of-area". I answered and at first it sounded like no one was there. I could hear some noise in the background like people talking or office noise not really sure. Then a male voice said is this "my first name" and I said "yes". He then promtly hung up. If they call again I am going to file a complaint with the FCC.

Phone Number Report: credit card company wanting to lower rates. Keeps calling every day and will not stop after numerous stop requests. I am buying another telezapper. reports claim it will stop calls. it did stop calls prior to no call list.

Phone Number Report: recording states they are calling about your credit card but there is no problem. you have an opportunity to lower your rate. This is your final notice. You have an option to press a specific number to stop receiving calls. but it doesn't work. When I hit the button to talk to a live person - it just disconnected. They continue to call daily. When I called the number back - there was a women's voice speaking a foreign language - possibly Chinese
