When I called the number back received a recording that "the wireless custermer was not available", yet this states this number is a land-line.

Phone Number Report: this is a recording that says "this is rachel from cardholder services, there are currently no problems with your credit card however it is urgent that you contact us regarding your account" then you push 9 to speak with a live person or push 3 to discontinue notices, I have pushed 3 and talked to many people telling them to take me off the list and this last time a chinese man answered and when I told him to take me off the list he told me he would not and told me he was going to F_ck me and called me a Motherfer. these people have to be stopped, this is crazy!!!!

They want you to confirm personal credit card information then they say they can help. BE VERY CAREFUL. Experien is not aware of these guys

Phone Number Report: Recorded message claimed to be Credit Card Services. I pressed 9 to speak with an operator, basically to tell them to stop calling. Calls happen about once a month, not from this number, but from a recorded message claiming to be Credit Card Services. Spoke with a guy supposedly named Rocky who was rude, used profanity and basically just wasted 30 seconds of my day. I really can't figure out why these people can't be stopped.

I don't even pick up because it doesn't do any good saying you are on a do not call list because when you report the AG's office can't figure out where the calls are coming from.

Phone Number Report: Regular caller offering a reduced rate on my credit card and phishing for information. If you have the time, check your state's laws on tellamarketing to see (a) if they require a license and b)who will enforce that and the "Do Not Call" laws. I keep reporting the calls to the licensing authority which after finding no license, forwards a file to the Atty General of my State. Should be interesting whether they do anything or just have a big circular file.
