Phone Number Report: Keeps calling my cell. I don't know how they got my cell number. I've received similar calls from an 800 number that claims to be GMAC debt collections. After conducting google searching I've made the connection between 319.433.1442 and the 800 number that calls me. I called the number back and they wanted my account info. I asked them for their name and department so that I could verify their legitimacy but they wouldn't provide me with their information. Nor did I provide them with mine.

Phone Number Report: Even though I have never missed a payment with GMAC Mortgage, when I haven't sent the payment on the 1st I get from 2 to 3 calls a day to collect the money. I ahve NEVER been late as far as receiving the money after the 15th of the month which it is still within the grace period. The truth is that this is my smallest loan on any mortgage I have ever owned. These calls are very annoying. I am thinking to refinance because this company seems to be en real need for cash. GMAC MORTGAGE , the most annoying mortgage company.
