Have no clue who this is, but I work at a prison and inmates are always playing games and trying to scam people, so beware if you don't know them.

The voice says to press 3 to stop all calls from this service but it don't work they just keep calling. The name of the service is city tell a coin inc. they have a web site which is http://www.citytelecoin.com Please help they are very annoying.
