Phone Number Report: Kci Called requesting to speak to a deceased relative of mine and refused to state who they were or what their company did. After researching the company name I called KCi back and inquired as to why they were trying to contact a deseased person, in case there was a stolen identity involved and was riddiculed as to my calling their company.

Phone Number Report: I told these people I would gladly pay them if they could tell me what the bill was for. They refused, so I told them they would not collect any money from me. Yet, they still call. If they really want to be paid, they will tell me what the original bill was for.
