I said I wished to have my account immediately cancelled and the balance of what was taken from my credit acount immediately refunded to me.It has not been.

I got the email from another person telling me to complain to consumerservices@tribune.com I got a failure notice.i.e. it was not delivered.Turnkey Solutions is based in Phoenix Arizona. All you can do, I guess is complain to the person who calls you...put up a big fuss and tell them the reputation of Chi Tribune is at stake... and submit them to donotcall list. Sorry about the wrong email address. Aren't they a pain in the A**

Phone Number Report: What I was told to do. Send an email to the Chicago Tribune at consumerservices@tribune.com Give them this 312-380-5416 and give them your telephone number. Tell them to cease and desist. And tell them you will never subscribe to the Tribune again because of these annoying calls. If they tell you the Chicago Tribune is allowed to call because you were once a subscriber, tell them you never did business with TurnKey Solutions(the telemarketer) and that you are submitting a complaint to the donot call list and then DO IT!
