Phone Number Report: A man with an Indian accent said I was being charged with fraud, a criminal offense because I owed a cash advance online company 5,000 for a loan I never got approved for and I rec'd NO money from any electronic deposit into my account, I did at one time fill out the online application, but never followed through on it, thought I canceled & deleted all information, This man never identified himself but had some of my personal information, this # was on my caller ID, I told him I can get copies from my bank stating no monies from this so called firm was ever received, then he got very rude, told me I'd best hire a lawyer as I would receive a summons soon. I know this can't be for real but how can I prove I am a victim myself? Going to make a complaint with the federal fraud commission & possibly the FBI to start with.

Phone Number Report: EastIndian male, sd that i owed him money and he called me a liar and a thief,,, stated that I did owe these so called funds. Informed him that we could go to court, he then became antsy and said, just to call him back. This is the Third Time that this has happened, i have changed my number and they are calling me at my place of employment. I did in turn calll the company that he said, he was affliated with,CASH NET USA and GOBAL (DDS), I called and they informed me they have no record of me in their system Or of providing me any type of cash adavance service.
