Phone Number Report: Claims to be calling from the "Dealer Processing Center" regarding me not extending my Bumper to Bumper warranty on my 2001 vehicle. I asked which dealer they were calling from, and they said they did not know. I also asked if they new I was on the Do Not Call list, and again they claimed that they were just an operator and were not aware of this. How do they get away with this. They need to be hunted down and called back repeatedly at their home.
