When I first answer all I hear is a bunch of noise in the back ground, when I say hello for the third time a woman answers and I ask her who they are they say its VA Home Loan Center. We have told them numerous times we werent interested and not to call us again. But they continue. Sometimes they hang up on me. We want these calls to stop. They call every hour starting at 10 A.M until 10 P.M. daily. Next thing to do I guess is get a lawyer.

Phone Number Report: I had asked for some info on a loan but I no longer needed the info. After the first 4 phone calls we told them not to call again. After another 6 calls we told them we were reporting them. After another 6 calls we called their number and put ourselves on their DNC list and still they call. Now we don't answer our phone. We've filed a complaint aginst them now.

Many times they will hang up on us as soon as they hear something that sounds negitive. I guess the next step is to find an authority to report them to and block the number. SO TIRED OF THIS! Ithought that the Do not call list was supposed to stop this from happening?

Phone Number Report: before im also angry to this company but there is one Staff Agent there who is very kind and respectful,her name is MARY KIND.when i asked her why shes calling she is very polite.i shouted at her,i told her bad words but still shes patient. she said they are only a scheduler of that call and they dont have the power to remove our name from our list even though they want.the main reason why they only called us to ask a 3 questions and that is only answerable by yes or no. first if you have a VA Loan? second,would you be interested to lower your monthly payment? third, when is the best time to have the loan expert call you? just say YES to all their questions and then that is the only way for them to remove you on their list.so just say YES because that is only a phone call and thats the only way to put our name on our DNC LIST. its only a survey call if you say yes its a points from them.thats why they kept on calling you because they have the qouta to reach.and the qouta is 15 YES in 1 day.if you didnt say yes they will still call you again. dont trust other Agents there because they will not put you on their DNC List.If the name is Mary Kind then you can be sure that you will be happy after taking her call. 100% tested and proven. After i said YES to MARY,US Loan Advisory did not disturb me anymore...Thanks to her.

I am on the National do not call list, also I have called back the number and pressed "1" at which I was suppose to be taken off the list. I always hear from a Lisa Lopez, Anna Summers, and Samantha Lopez. I wish they would stop harrasing me and stop calling.
