Phone Number Report: Caller claims they are interested in helping you lower your credit card interest rates and that they are sponsored by Experian. After they question you about your credit card debt they claim they have a program that will help you lower your interest rates if you qualify. They then transfer you to a supposed Quality Control Mgr who explains that they can reduce your interest rates by negotiating with your credit card company. But they will charge you a certain amount. Then they transfer you once again to a supervisor who will record the conversation regarding your permission to charge your card for their stated amount. After playing along, I hung up on the caller and they called me several times. I then put them on my reject list. Calls totaled 22.
