Phone Number Report: Mark Stevenson called a third party and discussed my loan in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. When I called him back to tell him not to contact third parties about me, he told me to shut up repeatedly. This guy is your basic moron who doesn't understand big words. Use a couple then laugh as he tries to figure out what you're talking about.

Phone Number Report: Left msg that it is imperative that I, or my attorney return call immediately because a complaint has been filed. Dude's name was Mark Stevenson and he recited a case number and then said he would be working late into the night "for my convienence." He mumbled the name of his company. I had to listen to the msg about 16 times to understand what he said. He tried to sound like I was in big trouble if I didn't call him back tonight. HE ended the call by saying Good Luck! JERK I won't be calling him back but I will be happy to have my lawyer who had my case dismissed on Monday call him back!! HA!

Typical bottom feeder collection agency rhetoric... Leaving threatening messages, and trying to scare you into calling them!!!
