When the answering machine picks up an automated voice message of a woman says "Hi. I have an important message for you. Please call me back at work". I'm VERY tired of these calls. Sometimes they call up to 4 times a day, and as late as 10 PM. How do I get these calls to stop???

Phone Number Report: These guys are so obvious... when you get a call..dont admit that it's your bill..in Tx the limit is four years..for both kinds of bills. In other states some are different years.this goes for credit cards, hosp. bills. 1. tell them you want a copy of the bill that states what was bought. 2. for them to send you a copy of their permit to operate in your state.. then you can tell if its your bill.(this goes for lawyers, too) You can send it back to them with a letter telling them not to contact you again.the bill is not collectable.

Phone Number Report: 240-210-7114 Call about every two days, the phone rings twice, no voice mail. I have yet to actually be able to answer the call, they hang up too fast. I am getting pretty annoyed since they have acted as my alarm clock a few times. They call anywhere from 7am to 9pm... I looked up the call reports online to see who this is...most say it's a collection agency. Well, I owe nothing to any collection agency. Not sure what I can do but wait for the next call and tell them to stop.

Phone Number Report: Male named Quinte said he was with Verizon, that I owed them $65.00 from 2003, insisted that I had received their notice in the mail two weeks ago and must have thrown it out, and that my credit rating would suffer unless I paid the bill immediately. He refused to mail me another bill, or to let me speak to his supervisor or to let me verify the bill, since I felt I was being called in error. I called him back at this number, got a female named Tara, who said that no bill had yet gone out to me, and she apologized for Quinte's bad information. Tara said that my notice would be mailed from their office within the week, and that I could contest the bill at that time.

Phone Number Report: Joshua called my cell phone and asked to speak to my wife. When I asked what it was about, he claimed to be with T-Mobile and wanted to know when she would be making a payment. When I said that she had talked to "you guys" a few days ago, he asked "did she talk to us, or directly to T-Mobile. I'm with RPM." Went the rounds with Joshua, and ended the call by telling him to never call again. After getting off the phone with Joshua, I called the number on my CID back and spoke with Richard (supposedly a supervisor), and informed him that one of his agents was claiming to be T-Mobile and that I would be filing a complaint with the FTC and the FCC. After speaking with RIchard, who claimed he would review the tape of Joshua's and mine call, I logged a formal complaint with the FTC.
